About Me

Hello, my name is Jessica Kupcake (kuhp·kayk).

I am senior Integrated Strategic Communication student at Washington State University, with a minor in Political Science. I originate from the Pacific Northwest. I enjoy the outdoors but love a good book and the sound of rain.

I have a passion for government, voting, and human rights advocacy. Currently, I am the Director of Legislative Affairs for ASWSU – Everett. I am eager to apply my academic knowledge towards a successful career in government affairs, focusing on communication.

My background is in small business management, customer service, and plastic manufacturing. For the past 15 years, I have co-owned and operated a small plastics manufacturing company. We manufacture commercial airplane parts, commercial fishing gear, and certified dental equipment.

I have previously participated in homeless community outreach and health services for Everett, Wash. I believe my compassion for others is paramount to my success and should also be the focus in other’s lives.

I am an enthusiastic collector of Funko POPS!, comic books, and Lego. I am an avid DIY’er – making almost anything out of nothing.

I love learning, growing, and evolving as a human. I live my life with no regrets because it this crazy adventure that has made me who I am.

I believe compassion, creativity, and knowledge are essential to life’s success.

“Believe you can and you’re half way there.”
